Further to my post of yesterday, I want to wish everyone out there a Happy Groundhog Day. I didn't see any Groundhogs on my travels today, but I did manage to spot a dead possum on the interstate, and I definitely caught the delicate aroma of a skunk on New Circle Road..... so perhaps it should just be renamed "Small Furry Rodent Day." I did have this great idea for a film though, where some grumpy reporter and his attractive (if you like that kind of thing) reporter friend get stuck in some kind of freaky time-warp and end up re-living the same Small Furry Rodent Day for ages, probably also involving waking up to one of the most irritating songs of all time, until they end up falling in love and living happily ever after........ I think it could sell.
